High Battery Discharge w/ P0599 code

So i changed out my battery yesterday. I am still getting this code which I believe is High Circuit thermostat? Could this be the sensor or should i replace the thermostat.

Have you read the error codes with a universal reader or with a BMW dedicated application like INPA, DIS or ISTA? I believe you should get pretty accurate description about the fault with one of these programs.
