Don't you have the mobility kit? Or are you still worried even though you have that available?

lol, I cant complain but theres just a few little things i really miss about my e60 530 when driving the m5

1 Fog lights. loved my HID fogs
2 my m5 doesnt have a heated steering wheel my 530 did (so cold now)
3 active steering? is it just me or does the M require more input from the driver at slow speeds?
4 Ipod integration kit, have it on the 530 but not on the M need this asap the engine sounds amazing so its holding me over lol

anyone else feel like this sometimes?

should i get the dension gateway or factory ipod kit? i had the factory kit on the 530 and always wished it would have more features... (did i just answer my own question?)
Same here. Gas mileage is not so great, but the joy of burning it is worth every drop. I wish I had heated steering wheel, but this car is only outside for only 2 hours a day. I do agree about the cars steering being a lot stiffer at slow speeds. I think it's a ///M thing. My fogs, I don't miss it, as the scoops on the M5 front are fu@#en aggressive!

sure you have complaints.. but the second you hit that little "M" button, everything you have complaints about goes away. you can always add fogs and an ipod adapter.

You had to buy a full option.

I have heating steering wheel and the ipod kit.

But the steering is maybe heavy due the POWER ddduuuhhhh

They have put an engine inside ( as they forgotten with the 525 - 530 ) and the car weighs 1900 kg.

although my instrument cluster went dead on the 530i the first time i started it after bringing the m5 home hoping its not a big issue

Oh yea? What happened? Needles aren't working? let me know. I have some spare parts for the clusters and might be able to help.
