Exhaust Tuning and Caliper Covers

Hi - I have a 2007 M5 (Reg V10 LCC) and am looking for something to make the exhaust sound like to shoud. I have seen some of the threads - which appear to require complete exhaust systems. The car cost me ?73k new - so I am loathe to spend a fortune....any ideas ? Also does anyone know of any Brake Caliper Covers - I have looked at completed Brambo's - but they are custom at ?5k ? - Thanks
