I actually opted these over the Rads because of the weight but I do love the look of the rads. I looked at alot of wheels and really wanted the hartges but again, the weight. At the end of the day, you cant lose with HRE's. It looks much better in person also and these pictures dont do justice.

Cool photos, but get some new rims.....never was a fan of the stepped lip! And chrome-type rims are just wrong on an M5. Aside from that, nice ride and doggie!

The rims aren't that bad IMHO, a different finish other than chrome may help.

Gents - These rims are NOT chrome. Re-read his posts.

Yes, the RAD's are by no means light. These wheels are more for looks, than anything else. If I were to track the car, I'd put my stocks back on or even get a set of light, 19" BBS wheels (or even HRE's) for tracking.

Thanks C, the wheels are actually forged aluminum and are finished in High Polish. The wheels dont look chrome at all in person. I might change it up a little and get the centres brushed. I actually like the stock wheels but wanted to change the look up a little. I get more compliments on the car now the rims are on so I guess these pics arent the best. Another thing, these dont have the step lip, eventho I would prefer one and they arent chrome so please dont make judgment without facts. These are HRE's so called "elegant" rims with the hidden hardware and look real classy in person. I dont like chrome wheels myself and wouldnt add nothing that is cheap or cheap looking. Again, thanks for looking.

I stand corrected. I just read through the M5board thread, and it's clear now that they're high-polished aluminums. I do like the shape of the wheels especially the fat lips on the rear wheels; I think the finish was just throwing me off.

Btw, cute pup
