My brother in law bought an M5 that had new rod bearings put on a bad crankshaft to cover the noise for a day or two. I bought the car thinking it just needed rod bearings but after discovering a bad crankshaft opened the engine up and found new bearings on a bad crank. I’ve got a few videos but will video the main things I do as I put it back together. I know newtis was shut down so that is why I’m doing this to add some support out there.E60 M5 crankshaft install. That’s pretty much the reason haha. Not looking to make insane power with her, just bring her back to her former glory with some small mods, my corvette is the one I have reserved for the craziness lol
