You will have to get the code it is throwing before someone can help. It could be alot of things that cause your issue....

4500 RPM redline, DSC Malfunction, ABS Malfunction, Start-off Assistance Malfunction, Reduced power errors? If so most likely a throttle actuator. Need to have codes read to be certain.

Default There are 2 actuators, fyi...

I replaced both actuators and AC compressor clutch and belt drive system. Also are you using quality oil? I use Liquid Moly 10w 60.......I'm also going rebuild my Vanos units ,the seals and the bearings need replacing.

What bearings and seals? The S85 VANOS has no serviceable components other than the solenoids.

Inside the dual vanos units? I was told that the seals in the units wear out over time, and bearings in the unit.. dont know the technical terms, but have seen the parts, and process.... but thanks bud
