Ok guys found another BEAST that i'm in the process of trying to purchase. I'm just waiting for my paper work to go through.

06 M5
38K miles
$35K
Rear sun shades
HUD
Heated/Cooled/Active Seats

WBSNB93536B583570

If somebody could look up the VIN so i can know all the options that would be awesome. I called a BMW dealership and they wouldn't give me the info being that the car wasn't serviced there.

Keep looking. I would be concerned. When the car craps out and you have to dish out another $15K in parts and labor to fix, you will be very pissed. Keep looking and buy CPO.

Hey C, I realize you don't spend much time here these days but try and keep up! The post right above yours is the more current information...

it's okay honestly. We can replace the SMG clutch AND flywheel for $3000 installed. Leo@Motorcepts has done countless clutch and flywheel replacements for 06 M5. You dont need CPO as long as you know you're not going to get killed over repairs.

That's not such a smart statement. Forget the repairs, the parts alone for the M5 are not cheap. What happens when his bills start adding up to over $15K - $20K because a handful of things start breaking down. First his clutch, then his diff, then his control arms, so on and so forth... You going to bail him out?

To the OP, get a CPO.
