I'm not sure how much it would cost to repair that B pillar, but assuming the entire frame isn't bent and there isn't any mechanical damage (i.e. engine, suspension, etc), which from the pictures there doesn't appear to be but who knows, then the cost to fix that damage is going to be around $20,000. So you're looking at around $70,000+ for a car that may potentially have problems in the future and one that you know has been in an accident.
If it were me, I'd just bump it up to $90,000 and get a new one, but if that's not possible I'd look for a used one that's around $70,000. Yeah it's going to have more miles, but it will definitely have a warranty and you wont be constantly telling yourself that its been in an accident. I saw a Black 2006 M5 that had a little under 15,000 miles on it going for $72,000 the other day, so they are out there.
