It's a bit sad indeed for the touring but the dealer told me that the car depreciated 50k Euros ($73k) in 2,5 years, I guess they aren't used to low mileage Diesels (27k KM).

@Andy: that looks like the lot at BMW Amsterdam by the A10.

I finally took delivery of the car yesterday.
It seems that BMW Amsterdam has some problems keeping up with the deliveries, since this is a "Huisselectie" car (2 years extended warranty) they need to check it on numerous points and that took them quite a while.
I'm glad it was just in time for my business trip to Hannover, Germany so after picking it up I headed almost straight for the Autobahn.
I have owned powerful BMWs before including the Z8 but this thing seems to be so much faster.
The limiter hasn't been removed (yet) so you'll almost hit your head to the windshield when the limiter kicks in at 270km/h, it's surreal how much pulling power it still has at 260kmh+.
You don't need the 7th gear with 270kmh, it'll do it in 6 easily
.
The stability on the bumpy autobahn at 270kmh is also noteworthy, you do not realize that you're going this fast until you meet a slower car in the left lane doing 190kmh, it looks like they're standing still.
After driving almost 1000kms in 2 days I feel this is one of the best cars I have ever owned.
It's so much fun to push the M button after driving very comfortably in P400 comfort mode, like having 2 cars in one
I will post some pictures in a new thread when the weather is better, here's a teaser of the already dirty car at the fuel station (where else? it's a M5!).
