I havent had a chance to ride passenger in a m5. Those that are lucky to have one, do you notice body roll? I have sat in my friend's new E63 and that has tremendous body roll. Also new e92 M3 which has virtually ZERO body roll. How does the e60 M5 compare to both? I know the M3 is a totally different class of car.

E63 as in 650i or M6? Or as in Mercedes-Benz AMG's 6.2L V8 E-class?

When I had my M5 in stock form, body roll was still present, but it didn't feel tipsy at all. Regardless of what EDC setting you're on, body roll will still be the same. On a 1-10 scale with 10 being flat and 1 being tipsy, stock body roll was more like a 7. After adding Dinan Stage 2 suspension, body roll is now a 9. All thanks to the roll control components that are a part of the suspension package. It relocates the mounting points of both the front and rear anti-roll bars, but at the back, the stock sway bar is swapped out for a thicker/lighter unit. After the conversion, steering response was no longer light in feel/effort. It actually became a little harder to turn the wheel, which was to my liking. Add to the mix a set of lightweight wheels and wider-than-stock rubber, and you end up with a cornering powerhouse with barely a hint of body roll.

For comparison, I have driven the new M3. The M3's body roll (stock) feels much like my M5's Dinan setup. But what stands out the most is how much lighter the M3 is to toss around. Turn in is much sharper and effortless in the M3. But in an M5, turn in is still sharp, but you can definitely feel the weight of the M5's 4000 lbs. swinging you around with each corner.

I test drove an MB E550 back to back with the 550i. The MB definitely felt heavier and less responsive in the turns even though the CWs are within 50 pounds IIRC.

I have not driven or compared the E63 versus the M5.

PS: Because the 550i has Active Roll Stabilization, it corners flatter than the M5 or even the E46 M3. I believe Ms don't use ARS because you "supossedly" loose a little road feel. Here is my car exiting a hard S curve on the Tail of the Dragon.
