I just leased a 2008 Fully loaded ( 99,876 dollar) M5 for 6K down ( I had a interesting trade with my RS4) 24 month lease at 1203.34 with tax.
It was startling because the payment was FAR cheaper than my RS4 at 1398 a month.
Go figure.
I am more amused that I am back on this board, as you can see I was a very earlier member and had one of the first 545is, then a M3, then a RS4 and now a M5.

When i was getting my 550i... they had a special on the 07 M5.
$5k down and $999 a month for 10k miles a year but im not sure if it was 24 or 36 months.
