Overall I'd go for a B5 - effortless massive delivery of power, interior, discreet.
I love the M5 - it's just the B5 would suit me better in terms of style and ride.

I love boxers also, but one dog is enough for me right now keeping in mind that he just reached 60kg (about 140pound) right now.
