I must be getting older. I watched that video and thought "Holy $*%&, I sure hope someone doesn't get killed!"
I prefer using orange, plastic pylons and not other humans in automobiles (and motorcycles!) to do my slalom practice on.
Just my humble opinion.
Let me know where you might be doing this sort of stuff again and I'll be sure to get out of your way.

Come on guys. I know Alex.br personally and I saw him driving when we met in Germany. He is not a fool and he would never take risks.
