I have it... it is by far the loudest single-sided exhaust for this car... it really brings out the sound of the V8 but if you drive with people in your car often then the sound does get a little annoying. Otherwise, it's a great exhaust and I definitely feel better acceleration compared to my MangaFlow.

you haven't heard the eisenmann or Meisterschaft have you? The rpi exhausts are tame compared to those two

I just wanted to know how the sound is for you guys. I was recently told its the loudest exhaust ever heard on a BMW. Am I losing my hearing or is this true?
You're not losing your hearing but your common sense. You posted this in the M5 sub-forum.

E, member Audi_Eatter has your RPi 545 GT Exhaust and the decibel level is more tame than the 14816 MagnaSLOW can that alot of the guys run. The MagnaSLOW droned like a MOFO in comparison to the RPi which only has a slight drone. The RPi is louder than Dinan's exhaust but IMHO the Dinan is way to quiet and produces little to no HP. The RPi sounds phenomenal in comparison to any exhaust I have heard for the 545 or 550.

Perhaps the title of this thread should have been: "Anyone ever heard the RPi 545 exhaust on an M5?"
