I'm certain this has been discussed before, but I can't seem to find it. If you were going to do a drop in air filter, which one.... ? or a CAI, which one...? My car is stock, I may do the exhaust later on, but for now its all stock. Its a 2006 M5, and I live in Toronto Canada, as I will be driving this car all year through the elements...

Most people seem to go the RPI route.
BMC drop in filters
RPI block off plates
RPI air induction scoops

after reading a bunch of tests, OEM stock is really still the way to go.

best intake setup would be the RPI ram air scoop with a BMC drop-in filter. there is a package available consisting of the 2 together as well
