So you can put the Eibach springs on the 2008 m5 and solve this wheel gap issue?

Hi Everyone, new to the forum

stupid question ....if i get the Eibach prokit for a 06 M5? do i still have to get anything (shocks) to lower my car? or will the factory ones be ok?

second question, what would be a good place to get the aluminum or the dark ash wood (looks black) on the 5 series interior trims...dont like the one i have anymore.

thanks!

for springs, the pro-kits were made to complement the stock shocks but will probably be wearing them a bit faster than usual.

I've had H&R on my prior car and felt it was a little too harsh for my taste. This time around, I went with Eibach and couldn't be happier. GL on whatever you decide!

Did you have your springs installed in LA? If so, can you recommend a shop...

It is settled. I am looking for Eibachs. Anyone I can trust to install them in Southern California? Please PM or reply here. Thanks for all those who replied and those who sent me a PM.

Can you share any recommended shops for install? I am hoping to get springs installed soon.

If you change the shocks, you'll lose the EDC. That said, there are some M5 owners who are using KW Variant 3 coilovers and love the set up. They don't have the EDC feature anymore but they like the adjustability of the KWs and once they've dialed in their preferred settings, they don't feel they need EDC anyways.

Check out EuroRev. Lots of members here have used them for their mods and installs.
