The moral of the story is: If I had known about this website, I would have bought a CPO (with extensive warranty) with some pretty awesome mods in it. I did not understand about CPO nor the benefits that I could utilize. To top it of, it was the second brand new car I bought. Lesson learnt: Better to buy CPO (with warranty) because luxury cars are the worst investment! LOL

Oh, also, I lost over $120,000 (I swear to god) in the f@#ked up stock market in less than 3 months. At least you get to have and enjoy what you saved your money for.

Feel better now? LOL

Hey bro, if it's any consolation, you aint the only one who lost 100K in the cutthroat money game.

I know plenty of people got caught in the game. It's what u do from here on out that counts.

I don't regret it but perhaps I would have been prepared to pay a little more for Comfort Seats than the current Active Seats...

RPI exhaust,.... yea sue me. Seriously $200-$300 for the "muffler" is a decent price, but $800, come on give me a F*** break.

I don't know if it's the tires, rims or both. the ride is bouncier, and my wife stopped complaining, but now winter is coming so I'm switching back to stock, but i will buy Bridgestone Blizzaks for winter tires. I will know then if the Eagle RSA tires that came with the car originally are the problem, if not I will replace with stock struts, or buy Coilovers. I hate the fender gap on the XI'sAttachment 128120

I also have an 08' 535xi and I'm looking to lower it a little, same color even. I've heard that messing with the geometry of the awd will cause premature failure, obviously from the dealer. How resilient are the awd systems in regards to lowering?

I'm interested to know how low you went and how low would you recommend? I thoroughly enjoy the stock ride feel and would prefer keeping the smoothness of it, but I could go a little stiffer. Also, I'm searching for wheel and tires sizes, any links to threads? I can't seem to find a good one.

Suspension: Researched but not tried Koni FSD and eibachs lowering springs. All coilovers will be STIFF.

TIRES: for stock ride feel or BETTER hands down Continental DW

That's easy. I bought an ACS replica spoiler that never fit. Spend more trying to get the piece of crap to fit than I would have to have bought an original.

Everything stock or OEM so no regrets except one mod I haven't been able to get working on my 04. The BTUM module! My E60 came with the Motorola V60 cradle, and I am suspecting the dealer didn't turn on my phone features when they replaced my MASK unit.
