Hey all, I am about to take delivery of my new 535i friday (pics soon to follow) and I have heard that with the new SAT radio tuners that BMW uses (produced after 10/08?), that you can receive the full channel lineups of both XM and Sirius (not just the best of XM). Has anyone else heard this or is anyone running both? I really like the music on XM better but like the NFL Network on Sirius. Any thoughts would be great!

Many of the music stations have been merged between the two services. Check the channel lineups from their websites to see if what you listen to is also available on Sirius.

I know the companies merged and some of the channels have megred as well but there are still a lot of channels different or exclusive to either XM or Sirius....I'm a big MLB fan and Sirius doesn't have the rights to air live games (even though Sirius does have MLB Network)....

I thought the channels are basically the same... although the actual station numbers might be different.
