XM on an '07?

Has anyone installed XM other than using FM modulation?
Through the CD changer cable?
Through the Sirius cables?
If not, can you use FM modulation with a direct hook up to the antenna instead of the wireless modulation?
I have an 07 530i with the standard radio, single CD, no changer, no navigation.
