All E60 xenons are bixenon capable. It just needs to be coded to do so. Presently, I doubt your's is set to use xenon as high beam, probably the halogens are your highs right now.
You will need to do a full conversion including wire splicing, new light module, wire reconfiguration, and coding. Oh, and you would need to get the LCI taillights as well. Will run nearly $2k in parts alone aside from labor and coding.
