When I saw the Efficient Dynamics Concept car, I was like damn that is one sexy BMW, especially the front grille where it lights up and opens and closes the vents of the grille. So I wondered for a while what would it look like on an e60.

What do you guys think? Too much? or Just right? I was driving around last night in my neighborhood and it turned heads like no other.

I bought the waterproof led and switch from http://www.oznium.com/led-flex-strips if anyone of you are interested in playing with the idea. Some electronically controlled front grille would be sweet right now!

2 x 4.7 Inch Blue LED $6.99
1 x Round Rocker Switch Blue LED $3.99

They do fast shipping, got them in 2 days.

Yeah I tried the white LED's on the grille and you can barely see it because of the headlights and the hid fogs. Either a baby blue or blue led works well. The chrome grille gives off the extra shine which makes it even more better.

I am in howard beach, not too far away from you.
