My Ride: Bmw 530d 2004

Would this size wheels fit in E60 without modifications:
Front: 8,5x19" ET14 with 245/35 R19
Rear: 10x19" ET 16 with what?

I doubt the rear...

Ok, M166 fronts are 8,5x19" ET12 so the 8,5x19" ET14 would fit.
And the rear is quite near the M166 with M6 offset (9,5x19" ET17) so...?
Please help.
