The motor in the listing is from a driver side mirror but would it fit the one on the passenger side? Also will it work on my 2005 545i just the motor that moves the glass not the whole mirror.

depends on the build date of your car....i see you have a 2005....pull off the mirror and see if you have one single screw in the center of the motor or three screws on the outside of the motor...those are the two major differences in the pre-LCI mirror motor types...

I believe I have the one that has the single screw in the middle. Im using it with my NVD replica m5 mirrors so if they have the same plug I can use either motor right? Do you know if they both plug in the same?

Or does anyone know if these mirrors a member is selling will fit? Remember im using the nvd replica m5 mirrors so I just need the motor to plug in to the factory plug with no modifications.
