Hello Guys:

I wanted to upgrade my fogs with the 8.500K gp thunders,to have the same white/blueish output.
Before i was verry satisfied about the GP thunder version 1,used them in my before E46 vert,
But now they only sell the new version 2,and they are a little changed,
on the box now is marked, 55 Watt=
OUTPUT>>>>80Watt!!
Would this be safe for ours cars
heat issues?,wiring harness ,damage in the fog units?
Anny help is appriciated,

Thank's in advance,
Regards from Belgium

Yes these are fine. I have these in my car and they are okay for halogen based bulbs. I have had them for 4 months now and no problems and no errors.

They are mounted,
Happy with the result of how they look,
Personal i think the 80Watt light output is a marketing thing, because there not that bright, but they match the xenons very well, SO will see,i keep an eye on them for the first coupple of weeks if they do not any damage....
