Just trying to get ready for the Colorado winter. I just picked up a set of replica M5(18x8) rims today for $500 for the winter rims, but what have you guys used in the past with good results for tires? Any help would be apprecited.

I've had good results with the Dunlop M3 but this subject has been discussed to death here over the years. Just do some searching and you should be able to find a bunch of opinions.
Obviously, a Colorado winter is likely much more severe than a Pittsburgh one so you'll have to factor that in as well...

I used Dunlop M3's on 18 x 8 wheels last winter and they did pretty well. I went with 225/45's rather than 245/40's to keep the contact patch more narrow. I give up some cornering ability, but it's already such a compromise on winter tires I figured I'd go for the best traction in snow.
