LOL. Tint on the windshield. I'm sorry, but that has got to be the dumbest thing I've ever heard of. Why don't you just close your eyes next time you're on the freeway? It'll be a quicker death.
I have my windshield tinted at about 55% and I have absolutely no vision issues day or night

Do you have first hand driving experience with a tinted windshield? I don't know about other brand tints that are of cheaper quality but I have no problems with my windshield. I'm sure my visibility has been reduced, but it is so minuscle I don't even notice it. My rear window at 35% tint is a different story.

No I do not have first hand experience. Maybe I would but I am not stupid enough to try it and place my life and others in danger. To me "minuscule" means very little. No matter the brand 55% tint will reduce the amount of light by almost 50%. That is HALF! How can you say "minuscule. How much closer do you think you will have to be to see some kid on the side of the road. I am so anti-law, but I would be all for a law to stop stupid things like this. Why don't you remove the tint and see that it is not "minuscule". Hell while you are at it put on a pair of sun glasses, that would be cool also.
