Willl these tires fit my 530xi wagon

I am a newbie. Just picked up a 2006 530XI wagon and want to pick some M5 replica 18 wheels with a 38 offset front and back.
Does anyone know if I can fit 245/45/18R tires in the front and 275/40/18R in the back? I check the wheel diameter difference and its less than 1% difference. I am just worried about any rubbing from the front tires.
