Will this work (quad exhaust)

So I'm getting an M5 rear bumper within the month
and I'll need the quad exhaust set up, and I read many thread, it seem like it will set me back about $700 to make this conversion
I was checking out Google Image, and came cross this picture, can't we set up something like this for our car with a magnaflow dual inlet/outlet exhaust
this doesnt look like it would cost no more then $300 parts/install?
any advice would help.

The setup will definitely work. I have a 2 into 2 muffler in the middle and splits to quads, but on the right side I have a single muffler to muffle the sound just a little bit.
I can get the muffler for you for $117 shipped. Here is the link:

The exhaust it pretty loud if you delete all your resonators.
