Will these sizes fit?

If you use wheels of a higher offset (e.g. ET30) then you need a spacer (10mm) to ensure the wheels 'stick out' appropriately. You can't go the other way!
Like I said, decide whether you want staggered (different size rims front/rear) and ensure offset as close as possible to the ones I gave you. If you don't want wider tyres on the rear ensure the rims are the same size front/rear and ensure offset very close.
Have a search for 'hub centric' on this forum - vibration can be a real issue. Best to keep to OEM wheels to be sure...
Your 8.5J/9J rims, if you must, need ET18 on the front and ET32 on the rear. So 12mm spacer on the front and the rears are near enough! (They'll stick out 2mm more than 'designed' - shouldn't be an issue, what tyres are you planning?)

As far as OEM, I would stick with them, but I'm going for a different look with rims with a dish, instead of just original oem rims, like 166 or 167. Thanks.

Well the shop do not recommend continental or michelin, they recommended Toyo or Yokohama, which I find strange. But they say, that michelin have some issues for the ones made in Thailand or something, they explode or something like that, and continental, they say, are not good tires. So I'm not sure which route to take for tires, but thanks for all the help with spacers and everything, I will go talk to the shop again tomorrow. What is the advantage of having staggered or none staggered setup, pure looks? As for the rear, I wanted to put more spacer, because it looked like there were into the wheel well too much, when we test mount the wheels. I will ask about hub centric rings and everything as well.

Conti Sport Contacts are fitted OEM to the M5 but I prefer the Michelin PS2's - but they are probably the most expensive tyre option.
Staggered is primarily for looks unless you're trying to put some serious power/torque through the rears. From memory I think wider rears encourage greater understeer.
Understand why you're not going OEM - let us know how it goes and pictures are always demanded around here..............

Here you go. This is the tool that you should use. This will tell you the difference. It's called the Wheel Offset Calculator. Offset Calculator

Come on guys, can anyone help me some more? About 90% of people with changed rims and none is willing to help?
You need 15mm spacers at front wheels to fit 8.5Jx19 ET30 with 245/35 R19 tire on E60.
I won't do it

Well here are the specs of the rims:
8.5Jx19 ET30
9Jx19 ET30
I was going to put 245/35/19 front and 275/30/19 rear. That is the recommended tyre size from BMW right? The only dilemma now is should i get it? Because putting such a huge spacer in the front may cause potential vibration in steering and everything. I will continue looking for different wheels. As 166s are too common, they're practically on all E60s here, as well as Breyton and Hamann wheels. The wheels I was going for the was DPE Variant R08, I think thats the right model name, black inside with chrome lip. The shop said these wheels are for E46, and that they didn't have any E60 offset ones, if I wanted them, I would have to order, which takes a long time, so I better keep looking. Thanks for all the help everyone.
