AFAIK it'll be a high offset number so you'll need spacer for RWD E60 fitment ... probably a thick one too ...

I think the high offset (30+) on most 3 Series make them possible fits for xi models not RWD.
Besides, I think there are better aftermarket wheels out there designed / designated for an RWD e60 rather than trying to make something fit with spacers, etc.

well even at +35 offsets a 20mm spacer will help it and it will fit in the front and rear at those widths
