Please excuse my ignorance on the subject but how can I tell if I currently have reflector headlights?

Yes they will fit. Under where it says application , it says 2004-2007 . Which in the US is pre lci halogen head lights.

Reflector headlights are the old style of lights that reflect light on to the road and you can see the bulb. Projector headlights usually have a lens, "project" light into the road and you cannot see the bulb. Lastly if you are still confused to a Google image search for e60 pre-lci halogen headlights

Thanks everyone! My last question is under the product description below where it lists what you get from the order it says MAY REQUIRE REWIRING OF ORIGINAL PINS.. If I order these will I have to rewire anything or do any compicated work or is it just plug and play?

You shouldn't have to rewire if you never done any other modifications on your head light's wiring. It is direct plug in. Wiring may only be needed if you use any of the add-ons such as HID kits. You can always contact Umnitza as well.

The headlights come with an adapter for both preLCI and LCI.
If you have Xenon, they will require some work, but if you don't, it will plug and play.

I'm also interested in this headlight for my 2005 520i sport. If I decide to go for the upgraded Orion V4 option will it require rewiring? I may upgrade the LCM also a couple months later would that require any addition work to headlight wiring?
