It will, just buy an H&R spacer of 20mm to bring down the front wheel offset to +18, back wheel offset is perfect.

My Ride: 535d Sport, carbon black, media pack, visibility pack, grey leather, heated seats, sun protection glass, voice control, Eibach ProKit, 19" 166 style wheels, e-maps ECU remap to 325hp and 640NM, top speed limiter removed

As crazy4cars said, the front offset needs correction with a spacer, the rear with the 19 offset should perfectly fill the arch.
