Has anyone installed M5 front Swaybars on their non M 5 series? I just recently found out with ARS on my 545i it will not fit.

Thanks in advance for the input.
Thanks to all. Looks like I may be selling my OEM M5 front Swaybar from a 2006 M5. I took my car into my dealer and they said it definitely will not fit due to the fact that my 545i has ARS.

IMO, unless your throwing the car at corners, it's overkill. I'd stick with stock or get HR.
On my other E34 5er, I have the Bilstein Sport Shocks, H&R Sport Springs, and Racing Dynamics front and rear swaybars, the handling/cornering is absolutely amazing compared to my E60 5er. The car almost feels like it is planted down on the road when coming onto freeway on ramps or when I go through twisties. I am trying to achieve a similar handling on my E60. However, it appears I can't due to ARS.

The H&R would be more overkill than the M5's, if you see it that way, as they are even thicker than the M5 bars and not hollow.

yes HR are OK.
the ride is OK my wife and the 2 baby likes them so itis allright.
These is 1 good thing and that is when I go round corner on motorways there heads do not roll that much unlike the stock which are very soft and heads tend to move more.
