Hahaha... without dropping the V10 in, there isn't a way any e60 can use the full M5 exhaust from the headers back.
At best, all one can do is use the four mufflers.
To do so, you would have to tear out the spare tire compartment to make room.
All this for a stock M5 exhaust? CRAZY.
Agree . But, most of all, - I don't know in US/Thailand - here an M5 exhaust would cost at least 2x an Eisenmann or equivalent .

Fit an Arqray ss, quad tips and with silencer, so it works and not a dummy.
Right rear bumper has to be cut, but all the pipes fit around the spare tyre under bulge,
may need some anti-heat layer though for the right pipes. You need to cut the old ones off and they clamp the new one on, a perfect fit.
I have a normal arqray twin exit, meatier burb low down with a scream from 3700+,
sounds like a loud V8, but does not drone
