The bolt pattern is 5 x 120
Front tires 245/35/20

20mm spacers for the front. Back dimensions are identical to your previous R10. I don't think it's gonna work, Van, at least for the front.

38mm pushes the wheel too far inside. For a 8.5" wheel look for around 12 - 20mm offset. Avoid any offset 25mm or bigger.

Hey freed0m, these are the offsets for my wheels:
20 X 9.0 +25A
20 X 10.0 +19O
Before when I made real sharp turns, the inside of wheel would slightly rub up against the coilover. I used a 15mm spacer on the front to push it out flush with my rear because it sat in a little too far and as a result, no more rubbing. You'll probably need a more aggressive offset anyways to clear your BBK's.
I tried a 10mm spacer on the rear, but had severe rubbing issues. I think it could come out maybe another 5mm, but I just left it because as of right now, I have absolutely no rubbing in the back. I'm considering running 255/30 and 295/25 on my next set of tires.
