The PDC is the Parking Distance Control system.
If it's not working after installing the body kit, maybe the plugs of the PDC in the front and rear weren't done in the propper way. Try to check the plugs.

for the front/back/trunk spoiler and side skirts about 2,800 but i talked to my bmw dealer and he said to get it painted and installed would cost about 3,000 so all together close to 6000 and i think thats too much for right now!!! may wait a year anyways
