Will 19" wheels be too harsh?

Still can't decide if I should get the 128 19" wheels.
Will the ride be too harsh?
I now have the 17" 138 and it feels comfortable, but I like the look of the 19".
Will the 19" add much more noise and how are they when driving over bumps?
