I?m skeptical to say the least. I work near some major 'reclamation yards' and see BMW's on flatbeds all day long. I much rather buy NEW from one our vendors then to deal with these junk yard guys. No offense to the OP but this is just my thoughts. Also, if you?re in So-Cal, just drive down to Pacoima (118 & 5) and you will see BMW junk yards on every block. Not worth the hassle in my opinion.

I don't know, I think that as long as they're in working condition, they are essentially just "used" goods like any classified sales. Given the opportunity to save a good percentage off, it really makes no difference getting the parts off a yard.

will see. i know that junk yards here in nor cal rarely have parts availible (such as m-tech kits, spoilers, LCI lights, and all the good stuff). I've been calling them before and ususally if they have e60's those parts gone fast
