Why am I rubbing?! Please help!

Because if you check camber and all looks good it might come down to the tire that you're running. The Hankooks have a rounder sidewall whereas your tires are pretty square. I know you don't want to run spacers but the TMS ones I carry are perfection and will easily solve your problem.

I really don't think it would be because of tyres. This problem of yours sounds strange. Maybe they could check the install of the springs/struts again along the front wheel width and offset.
Do you have any other pics of the front setup? Maybe one where the wheels have been turned to full left/right to see behind the wheel...

front right...taken from behind suspension... this is with 5mm spacer...you can see where the paint rubbed off the second loop of the spring.

I'd stick with the things suggested before:
- check the install
- check the wheel and tire specs
- check the camber

Your offset wasnt 15 mm to start it was 20 or more by the way that picture shows.Those are some fat springs. Why does it look like you have less space on passenger side?
