Anyone in the SoCal area retrofit a Sports Steering wheel to an older e60 (pre 9/05)?

If so, i will pay you to retrofit on to my car. Just name your price!

Holler at me!

If you were in NY/NJ, then I could help you out as I just did it recently. GL

Worst case scenario, can I ship the wheel and airbag to you and you can do the hardwork and I just install? Like I said, ill pay you for your time.

What exactly do you want to do? I thought you needed someone to help with the installation.

+1 Besides, if Xman does the "hard part" it would really mean he'd have to fly here to do it, swapping the parts is the easy part - it's the install and connections that you gotta be careful with

That'd be nice.

Yes, my hands hurt so bad just for popping the airbag out. It sounds easy, but the latch could be a PIA to release the airbag.

Yeah, but maybe you'll get a mini-vacation out of it.
