As usual, I have a very bad memory! I forgot who needed the D1S bulb. I remembered that penguinman needed one set and another member. It's either from overseas or around NYC.

John

I am looking for brighter head lamps. My M5 is a 2006 with factory Xenons.

Any suggestions?

that would be a D1S 6000K. Pure white. It will LOOK brighter but it's actually about the same. To the human eye, it will be brighter. Some argues that 6000K is actually brighter than 4300K but when I read facts, they are about the same. 8000K will be less bright but still to the human eye may look brighter than 4300K. Higher than 8000K, u r putting a filter over ur headlights

John just installed mine with 6K DS1 bulbs and they are SOOOO much better then stock.
It's pretty much about the same brightness maybe looks a slight brighter, but Definite mod.
I will try to take Pictures tommorow night.

I really want those! If I dont have them on my car in exactly 7 days from now, I will freak out!

Ever since being hit with the Mod Flu (Virus M5M1).... i have been extremely impatient ! Is that normal??
