Who has painted grill surrounds.

Rimal, that helps a lot. For the price of grilles I think it is worth trying. Sometimes I look at my all semi-gloss black grilles and they look a little overwhelming on a silver car.

Well here is my rice or lack of it...
I should be a expert by the end of the day on removing grilles.
I should take another picture of the painted when I get a chance, it really is not bad at all.
I should have tried the painted with chrome inserts too,

My Ride: 545i - GONE
Just got mine done, I painted the chrome of the kidney grilles to semi-gloss black. Does not look "RICE" to me at all...looks clean. I honestly feel that the chrome is a bit tacky.
