but a dab here and there on our cars seems to still hint at their luxury background

Don't tell anyone...I'm getting tired of my OEM shadowline trim and thinking of putting the chrome ones back on because I think it would be a better match with the wheels I'm thinking of getting. It's because of that luxury aspect.

what i did was paint the top portion of the trim black and left the bottom pieces chrome

Don't mind the crocked License plate....it's being replaced with the Hide away Plate thingy soon.

Sorry for the cell phone pics...lost my camera charger.
