I am running KONI Sport with H&R springs.
I am in VA and the roads aint so bad like the once I have seen in NY.
FSD and Eibach might actually be a good choice if your looking for a balance between comfort & sporty ride - I did Koni Sport cuz I heard a few stories with FSD failure.
I am sure that Koni Sports along with Eibach would be great.
IF you want your car lowered a tad bit more than the Eibach then go for H&R --
The H&R setup is going to be stiffer than the Eibach setup
The Koni Sport setup is going to be stiffer than the FSD setup
Personally,
I am really happy with my setup until i begin to drive on a street like an NY street

I was looking into the Koni FSDs last year. Then I started seeing threads about them starting to leak and such in other forums. It seems they are better for smaller cars, not an E60. However, maybe they improved since then. They look good on paper though.

I have H&R sports with bilstein sports the combo is great, I've had zero issues and have been running them for a few years now.

I have an Xi, so it may not be the best indicator. I have H&R Sport springs and Bilstein B8 (aka HD) struts/shocks. I love how it handles, but the ride is very harsh, you have to drive extremely careful on NYC roads. Extremely careful.
