Instead of getting mine fixed, I'd rather chage it to something that looks like an M5 bumper. I saw one on ebay for around $450 that included everything but it did not have the cut outs for parking sensors...
What's the best place online to get a good deal on one? Thanks in advance!

You have 4 options:

1. M5 front (but this will require M5 fenders as well for a proper fit) - Available from Trinity or BMW of Newport (25% E60.net discount from Gary)

2. M-tech front (OEM) - Available from Trinity Autosport or BMW of Newport (25% E60.net discount from Gary)

3. Umnitza M5 front (replica, looks like an M5 front with fogs) - Available from Umnitza.com, http://forums.e60.net/index.php?showtopic=76804

4. Lumma front (looks like an M5/tech front) - Available from Trinity Autosport, http://forums.e60.net/index.php?showtopic=76510
