where to buy tpms sensors

I would like to know where I can find extra sensors to buy for an 08 550i. are all the sensors the same?

I am in los angeles. I wonder how much the dealer charges. but i think i would prefer a different source since dealers always mark up their parts alot.

You might want to see if http://www.tirerack.com will sell you the sensors. They supply them with wheel/tire packages so it's likely that they could sell you some.

I don't think you'll find a huge difference in price though -- let us know if you do...

Call Parts Manager, Garry Romani, of BMW of Newport (Rhode Island). Gives E60.net members a 25% discount on all OEM parts, including wheels.

Or you can also try at MileOneParts.com and search for RDC parts #36236781847 for $180 (combo 4 modules + 4 valves) while I think TireRack cost is $46 per corner.
