I found the price in UK, and its about $1700 so isn't a cheap alternative really. Hit up member Ats77, hes from europe but is an authorised hamann dealer, he may be able to get you a better price.

On EAS website it says:
Models Supported:

2001-2006 3-series, including M3
2000-2003 5-series, including M5
2000-2001 7-series
1999-2006 X5
2004-2007 X3

I dont see how it wouldnt work for the E60?
At least this one is only $950.
