Where to buy high beam reflector housing?

Hey,
Does anyone know where I could buy the high-beam chrome plated reflector? Since it's a xenon headlight the reflector part is separate and it can be removed.

How have you removed the bad high beam reflector? Is it possible from the rear side?

I never found a high beam reflector that I could use to replace it with. It might be possible from the rear, I'm not really sure.

Well, i've a bad headlight with a good reflector, so i could change them.
