it sure would. 245/35/19 at all 4 corners.
to check offsets, visit 1010tires.com. go to tech section and click on wheel offset calculator. plug in current width (8") and offset of ET43 and the wheel specs you are considering. most will push out about 10-14mm, which is fine. the inner clearance shouldn't be more than 1-3mm, which is also fine. the best wheels to get are the 3 series wheels for our car. They have offset of around 37+. good luck!
