What is up with all the wheel and tire guys. I have recently purchased a 2006 BMW 550i. Love the car...hate the stock wheels.
I have settled on the matte black 19" alufelgen wheels. Unfortunately, of the 3 or 4 companies I contacted about a tire choice and offsets
None responded...geeeez....what do you have to do to spend money...anyone have a a preferred wheel and tire company?

Send Michael from Acute Performance a PM. He's a forum vendor and was great to work with for me. Good luck!

I vaguely remember Michael doesn't carry Alufelgen wheels anymore due to their customer service but it doesn't hurt to try to get a hold of him or Trinity for price quote. Also contact B2Auodesign or something like that for a quote too. They're no longer a sponsor of the forum but my cousin bought a nice set from them back them for good price too. Look for their old advertisement in the archived section and shoot them an email.

Why not 19" OEM's? They will keep your the car in prime driving condition.

If you now buy some cheep rims and tires your car is ruined.

Well, because I hate my OEM 18" ....I like the M5 19's but I don't have an M5. I have a 550. Im not trashing the stockers. I'll just keep them in storage till I sell the car. I want something that makes it my car.
